4. Good quality sleeps: You can help lower blood glucose by having plenty of sleep. As under rest body is not able to process sugar effectively.

5. Water intake: water is the best drink available on earth, and it’s always helpful in diabetes as it drains out the excess toxic byproduct out from our body.
